These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability
